Senior Claims Executive

We are *_URGENTLY_* looking for *Senior Claims Executive* with below qualifications:
* Develop aligned strategies, annual claims operating plans and KPI in line with the business.
* Oversee full life cycle of claims processing from intake to settlement and recovery.
* Ensure adherence to claims policies, procedure and other requirements.
* Adherence to the escalation matrix on claims matters to enhance client satisfaction.
* Provide timely feedback to affected clients as per prescribed turn around times.
* Lead cost saving initiatives.
* Promote cross functional collaboration and a culture of learning and accountability.

*MUST HAVE*
*A Bachelor's degree in Insurance, BA, or related field.
*Insurance certification is desirable.
*5-7 years of experience in insurance claims handling (general, life, medical, motor).
