🌱 We’re Hiring: Vice President of Programs

Trees for the Future (TREES) is growing, and so is our leadership team. As we prepare to launch our new strategic plan and scale our impact across Sub-Saharan Africa, we’re searching for a Vice President of Programs to guide our ambitious next chapter.

This is a rare opportunity to lead multi-country agroforestry programs that transform the lives of smallholder farmers. The VP of Programs will:
✅ Lead and mentor our incredible Country Directors and program teams across East and West Africa, with regular travel to these regions.
✅Advance our signature Forest Garden Approach, strengthening farmer incomes, food security, land restoration, and biodiversity.
✅Partner closely with our Climate & Carbon unit as we expand into voluntary carbon markets.
✅Drive innovation, operational excellence, and impact at scale.
