Are you skilled in PLUMBING and passionate about maintaining high standards in facility
operations? Fred's Ranch & Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced Plumber to join
our Facilities Department!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand the plumbing and water
supply layout.
 Assemble and install pipes, valves, fittings, and water system appliances while
ensuring minimal disruption to existing infrastructure.
 Measure, cut, bend, and fit pipe materials as required.
 Install, maintain, and repair building water supply and drainage systems.
 Locate and fix leaks, clogged drains, broken drainage lines, faucets, and domestic
appliances.
 Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with
codes and regulations.
 Interpret building specifications to map out plumbing and drainage layouts.
REQUIREMENTS:
 Certificate or Diploma in plumbing or a related field.
 Minimum 1 year of experience as a plumber in a busy setup preferable resort or
Ranch.
 Previous experience in a similar role with practical knowledge of plumbing systems.
