LASER WELDER/MIG/TIG OPERATOR

Safer Power Ltd, a leading engineering company known for its high-quality fabrication and innovative solutions, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Welder / MIG / TIG Operator to join our production team.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform high-precision welding using laser, MIG, and TIG processes on a variety of metal components
2. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
3. Inspect welds for quality assurance and perform post-weld finishing as needed
4. Set up and operate welding machines, ensuring correct parameters and safety protocols
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
6. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in laser welding, MIG, and TIG operations
2. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a diploma will be an added advantage
3. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
5. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
6. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in welding operations
