IT SUPPORT INTERN
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in IT support or systems administration.
- Manage and maintain company servers to ensure optimal performance, security and regular backups.
- Configure and align company laptop, with the central server to enable secure access and
troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to servers, laptops, Microsoft 365 and networks.
- Set up, configure, and manage Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts, email systems and user profiles.
- Oversee network connectivity, firewalls and antivirus systems to maintain security and uptime.
- Maintain IT asset records, conduct regular system checks and train staff on best IT practices.
