TOURS CONSULTANT

We're looking for a dynamic Tours Consultant to craft personalized itineraries, wow our clients with unique experiences, and make every trip seamless from the first idea to the final memory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, customize & quote domestic and international tour packages (excluding flights)
- Coordinate all elements – accommodation, transfers, excursions & local guides
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, attractions & travel trends
- Liaise with suppliers for smooth travel arrangements
- Handle client queries before, during & after travel
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality Management
- Proven experience as a Tours Consultant or similar role
- Strong destination knowledge & customer service skills
- Proficiency in reservation & tour management software
- Excellent communication, detail orientation & organizational skills
