We’re Hiring: Sourcing Intern – Nairobi
We are urgently seeking a motivated and dependable Sourcing Intern to join our team
🔹 Stipend : KES 20,000
🔹 Experience: Prior internship or experience in real estate or related fields is a plus.
🔹 Qualification: Degree in Business Administration , Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to assist in sourcing properties.
Proficient in conducting market research and gathering data on potential properties and clients.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support various sourcing initiatives.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
