Procurement Manager
Reporting Supervisor: Chief Accountant
JOB PURPOSE:
- Planning the procure to pay and cost management.
- Overseeing the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services necessary for the hospital's operations.
- Strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Working closely with clinical and operations teams to meet the superb customer convenience & experience and cost-effectiveness.
- Participation & Providing leadership in prequalification of suppliers and tendering.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
♛ Bachelor's degree in Procurement & Logistics or any other relevant degree
♛ Professional Supply Chain Management qualifications is desired.
♛ Experience in Hospital and/or Healthcare is a must.
♛ Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
♛ Experience of a minimum of 8 years in procurement in Hospital and/or Healthcare industry 3 years of which should at a manager level or 5 years at supervisory.
♛ Proficiency in ERP systems.
♛ Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
♛ Analytical and attention to detail skills.
♛ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
