JOB VACANCY
STOCK CONTROLLER
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Controller to manage inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain optimal stock levels across all product categories. This role is ideal for someone with FMCG stock control experience and ERP (Odoo) knowledge who can work in a fast-paced environment and uphold best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Record all stock movements accurately in the Odoo ERP system
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical reconciliations
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams for smooth stock handling
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly
- Ensure FIFO and FEFO principles are followed for all products
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock control (FMCG preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
