Requirements:
1. Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2. 3+yrs in IT support or system admin role
3. Experience with Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, routers, backups
4. Knowledge of AD, Office 365, email servers, and cloud services
5. Solid grasp of network protocols and security best practices
6. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
7. Strong teamwork and leadership skills
8. Good communication and customer service skills
