We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to lead the daily operations for our medium-sized, upscale gated residential community. This role demands operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and strong governance to preserve property values and enhance community living.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and community amenities.
- Manage vendors, service contracts, and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents; handle enquiries, disputes, and new homeowner inductions.
- Oversee security, access control, and emergency response protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, budgets, and operational reports for the Board.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5+ years' experience in property/community management, ideally in gated communities or HOAs.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills.
- Financial management and vendor oversight experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of property/finance software is an advantage.
Reporting to: Board of Directors
Location: Bahati Ridge, Gatanga Road
Availability: Immediate (occasional evenings/weekends required)
