Payment Operations Intern at CarePay International

CarePay Group is seeking a Payment Operations Intern to join their Finance Team in Nairobi (Hybrid). This is a 3–6 month hands-on program offering exposure to fintech operations, payment workflows, data tools, and reconciliation processes—all while contributing to CarePay’s mission of making mobile health insurance accessible to everyone.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree (ongoing/final year) in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Basic Excel skills; SQL is an added advantage
4. Interest in fintech & payments

🕒 Availability: Full internship duration
