Description

We’re Hiring: Training & Development Manager

As we continue to scale across Kenya and beyond, we’re looking for a Training & Development Manager to join our People Department and lead our learning agenda across the business.

What the role does:
• Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with business priorities
• Design competency-based programs across technical, commercial & support teams
• Lead onboarding, leadership development, coaching, customer excellence & compliance training
• Coordinate all company-wide training activities and divisional calendars
• Support performance-linked development (IDPs, capability uplift, coaching)
• Track ROI of learning through dashboards, reporting & evaluation frameworks
• Manage training vendors, budgets, policies & the learning assistance process

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in Training & Development (preferably in commercial/technical/customer-facing environments)
• Experience managing learning programs or LMS systems
• Strong instructional design, facilitation & stakeholder management ability
• Skilled in evaluation, data analysis and capability development
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, OD, Business or related field
