Position: Quality & Safety Specialist

Location: Kisumu Miwani.

 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Quality & Safety Specialist to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction and engineering activities meet quality standards and safety requirements across our projects.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct site quality inspections and functional testing using standard measuring tools.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

Perform safety audits and support corrective action plans.

Prepare clear and accurate reports with supporting evidence and data.

Provide timely feedback and support engineering teams with quality-related issues.

Be flexible to travel and relocate within the country when required.



 Preferred Qualities

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.

Objective, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Willing to work overtime when necessary.



Key Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

 Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction industry.

 Experience with housing construction or steel structure projects is an added advantage.

 Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer operations.
