MACHINISTS
Minimum Requirements
Government Trade Test (GTT III) in Mechanical Engineering - Machining/Production. Must have hands-on experience of at least three (3) years from a busy manufacturing set up. Should be able to interpret technical drawings.

ELECTRICIANS
Minimum Requirements
Government Trade Test (GTT III) in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent and hands-on experience of at least three (3) years from a busy manufacturing set up. In addition should be able to trouble shoot and interpret electrical circuit drawings. Computer literacy with emphasis on P.L.C’s and V.S.D’s familiarity with power systems of up to 11 KV will be an added advantage.

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIANS
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with three (3) years hands on experience in instruments and controls servicing in a manufacturing set up. Must have practical skills in troubleshooting of instrumentation systems. Computer literacy with emphasis on P.L.C’s and V.S.D’s will be an added advantage.

MOTOR REWINBERS
Minimum Requirements
Government Trade Test (GTT III) in Motor re-winding with three (3) years hands on experience in a busy motor rewinding workshop. Able to rewind motors ranging from 0.25 to 200 KW and test them and able to rewind multi-speed motors and slip ring motors.

MASONS, CARPENTERS, PAINTERS, TINSMITH/LAGERS & PLUMBERS
Minimum Requirements
Government Trade Test (GTT III) in Masonry/ Carpentry/Painting/Tinsmith/Plumbing with 3 years work experience in a busy industrial set up.
As a general requirement all the persons should be able to work for long hours with minimal supervision and high level of integrity.
