Reports and Analysis
- Generate regular sales reports and present the findings to the executive team-weekly and monthly reports, this will help in making business decision.
Administrative Duties
- Schedule and Plan Meetings: Organize and lead regular team meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and any issues.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and team performance.
Training and Development
- Identify Training Needs: Assess the training needs of the sales team and organize relevant training programs.
- Onboard New Members: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they understand the company's products, policies, and procedures.
Team Leadership
- Train and mentor the sales team
- Foster positive and motivating environment in the department to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Promote collaborative spirit and open communication, regular feedback.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business-related courses/Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
2. Relevant certification in sales and marketing is an added advantage
3. Minimum of 5 years, work experience in the managerial level
4. Good Interpersonal and leadership skills
5. Customer focused
6. Good team player
7. Strong analytical and decision making skills
8. Adaptable and flexible
9. Results oriented
10. Expert computer skills in Microsoft office application -Word, Excel & MS Power Point or any other finance application software.
