SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

OVERVIEW:
The team leader - sales is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing team in all branches to achieve company revenue goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Strategy planning
- Develop and implement effective Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities and aggressively source for new clients
- Take charge of the marketing activities such as expo's, marketing campaigns in the region etc.

Process Management
- Oversee the entire sales process from the prospecting to closing of the deals in the branch.
- Develop and implement process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

Performance Management
- Monitor the sales team performance using the set performance metrics and identify the areas of improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations and Meeting and exceeding set targets

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers /VAR’s and end user clients’
- Collaborate with the other team members to develop customer retention strategies
- Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service given.
