*Qualifications and skills*
Diploma or Degree in Information and Communication Technology.
Basic knowledge of; Windows or Linux Operating Systems Networking(LAN/WAN, IP addressing,routers, switches) Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace Hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Understanding of software development and cybersecurity fundamentals is an added advantage.
