Job Specifications
Responsible for carrying out efficient operations of Harbour Pilot services as set in its individual performance target.
(5) COD, applicable International Maritime Conventions, National legislations.

A. Seaman (tug mate)
- Undertake timely and efficient provision of harbour crafts services as set in its individual performance target.
- Undertake bunkering operations for Harbour crafts and ensure bunkering procedures are adhered to.
- Execute maintenance plans and schedules for Harbour craft in line with Marine Engineering department.

B. Coxswain III-Craft
- Undertake timely and efficient provision of harbour Pilot/mooring boats services as set in individual performance
- Undertake bunkering operations for Harbour boat/mooring boats and ensure bunkering procedures are adhered to.
- Execute maintenance plans and schedules for Harbour boat in line with Marine Engineering department.

C. Moaning Assistant
- Supervision of mooring gang to avoid marine delays and accidents/incidents in line with the provisions of Safety Management system and sea performance rules.
- Supervise mooring gang with an aim of enhancing safety and avoidance of marine delays in line with the supervisory Safety Management System (SMS) Code and set performance targets.
- Oversea operational standards of boat and crew in line with the best for vessels set for safe operations and avoidance of marine delays.
- Supervise mooring gang for timely execution of shunting/shifting of ships as planned.
- Coordinate morning boat operations for safe crew and the boat.
- Oversee the vessel with the on board team on the vessel to ensure the vessels are berthed in the planned position.
- Comuna Service with ship’s pilots, Harbor Laboratory Engineers, CoC, and Navigations issues from time to time.

Person Specifications
- CERTIFICATE of its equivalent.
- (Three (3) years’ experience as Sailor or in relevant field.
- STCW 95 mandatory certificates Comwain certificate.
- fulfil the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.

LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST
Department - Medical Services
Grade - KPA27
Terms of Service - Pensiónable
Remuneration (Ksh) - Basic Salary: 40,000 - 42,000
House Allowance: 22,500.00
Motor Transport Allowance: 25,000.00

Job Specification
- Perform sample handling of laboratory records to keep confidentiality of data as per the local requirements.
- Execute the Pre-Analytical, Analytical and Post analytical processes of the laboratory investigations and related duties.
- IT KPA document and report results on SAP or hard copy.
- supervise direct reports on for Rgenerii all daily Equipment (ISO) and other quality Control (QC)
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples.
- Service giveaways /equipment/spectrum bottles and other apparatus for microbiological use.
- Preventive lubricatory reagents and culture media for the isolation of organisms.
- Ensure specimens are spot and test ready for processing in the specified containers and conditions.
- Implemente a system of open and balance for the samples in the laboratory.
- Conduct continuous research and improve methods.
- Issue luminous enlightenment of occupational health safety and environment policies at workplace.
-certify specimen bottles and other apparatus for microbiological use.
- Participate in proper disposal of biological waste.
- Work with the QA team and the Laboratory Manager to ensure the Lab and MDS in order to create a safe working environment.

Person Specification
- CERTIFICATE of its equivalent.
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution.
- Registered with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technicians Board.
- KcT Skills.
- Demonstrate high degree of professional competency, administrative capabilities and initiative in the general
- organisation and management of Laboratory Services and a good understanding of Health Care Management.
- as experience in a Clinical Laboratory Technicians is a P in reputable organization.
- Complies with Chapter 6 of the constitution of Kenya -Ethics and integrity.
- Uphold Chapter 4 of the constitution of Kenya.
