About Us
Kijani Supplies is revolutionizing how safari lodges and hotels access essential supplies in remote tourism ecosystems. Through our technology-enabled procurement platform, we're building a sustainable, reliable supply chain that powers operational excellence across the Maasai Mara and soon, beyond. We're scaling fast. And we need a Senior Sales Lead to drive our commercial engine.
The Opportunity
Lead our revenue growth across the Maasai Mara by acquiring top-tier lodges, deepening customer relationships, and driving adoption of the Kijani Procurement Operating System. You'll own the full commercial strategy for the region from pipeline development to account expansion — while building the foundation for our regional scale-up. This is a high-impact, field-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands hospitality operations deeply, and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.

● Develop joint business plans focused on cost savings and procurement efficiency
● Lead quarterly business reviews with performance scorecards
● Champion extreme customer-centricity in every interaction
3. Operationalize the Procurement OS
● Conduct lodge audits to uncover procurement gaps and savings opportunities
● Launch predictive replenishment systems and WhatsApp-first ordering
