Job Requirements:
Experience:
• 5 years (especially in tax law; corporate/commercial law, employment law, licensing)
Qualification:
• LLB + Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (valid practicing certificate)
Skills & Expertise Required:
• Legal advisory for business and regulatory matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and policies
• Negotiation with counterparties and managing external counsel
• Legal research and preparing legal opinions
• Ensuring compliance with Kenyan laws and regulations
• Problem-solving, judgment, and ability to communicate legal issues to non-legal stakeholder
