Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service team (technicians, service advisors, support staff).
- Oversee daily workshop operations across multiple vehicle brands.
- Ensure accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and timely delivery of units.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Manage workflow, job cards, parts coordination, and workshop scheduling.
- Track KPIs: productivity, turnaround time, comeback rate, and customer feedback.
- Enforce safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the team.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and sales to ensure smooth service operations.

- Proven experience managing a busy automotive workshop or service centre.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
