Minimum Qualifications, Key competencies and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, project management, development studies or any other relevant field from a recognized university.
- Professional training and certification in monitoring and evaluation and/or data management.
- At least 3 years proven experience in leading MEARL in development programs supporting children.
- Demonstrable understanding of the child protection policies, practices and the general childcare reform landscape in Kenya.
- Experience engaging child protection and childcare reform state and non-state actors at the county and national levels.
- In-depth knowledge of MEARL concepts, tools, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
