INTEGRATED TRAFFIC OFFICER

Lead the team that drives seamless, efficient scheduling of commercial content across TV, radio, and digital platforms. This role requires strong broadcasting knowledge, leadership excellence, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and support a team of Traffic Coordinators.
• Manage and oversee scheduling of commercials across all platforms.
• Develop and implement traffic management policies & procedures.
• Plan and schedule commercial content effectively.
• Monitor scheduled commercials to ensure accurate, on-time airing.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with Programming, Commercial & Operations teams.
• Resolve traffic issues, scheduling conflicts & client discrepancies.
• Train and guide Traffic Coordinators for optimal performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Contribute to departmental goals, objectives & budgeting.
