Direct Sales Representatives

Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years' relevant experience in sales, preferably in a financial institution, microfinance, or SACCO.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
