• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare policies
• Handle payroll, leave management, and disciplinary procedures
• Support training and development programs for healthcare staff
• Liaise with management to align HR practices with organizational goals
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee matters
