Direct Sales Representatives

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years' relevant experience in sales, preferably in a financial institution, microfinance, or SACCO.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
