Job Perpose
- Actively encourage and facilitate the engagement of each student’s academic, behavioral, social character, ethnic skills, capabilities and talents through quality education, mentorship and assessment

Design & Responsibilites
- Teach students and ensure raw platform, preparations, records, assessment and reporting meet students’ varying learning and social needs.
- Prepare all professional teaching documents and periodically update them
- Create a stimulating and challenging, lively, engaging environment and organize classroom and general teaching and learning activities.
- Be able to set clear targets based on prior assessment for students’ learning.
- Ensure teams as experienced teachers will by 100%
- Maintain positive discipline, promote professional and collaborative work modes.
- Develop innovative teaching ideas to enhance classroom delivery.
- The innovative professional development of teachers to enhance their classroom skills.
- Implement good social policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all students.
- Keep an eye on daily order handling, behavior or any issue that would require progress assessment or review.
- Support schools, students and other non-teaching elements to the effective and beneficial role towards learning.
- Contribute to the school’s vision and core values through working staff, parents and the school administration.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the principal or supervisor

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor of Education degree (secondary scope) or Diploma in Education in relevant subject combinations from a recognized institution.
- Post graduate diploma in Education from a recognized institute where necessary
- A C.C.S. level and at KCS in the subject of specialization
- A diploma of “three years” capturing experience in the learning area applied for.
- Extension of C.S.C. training
- A committed Christian with a recommendation letter from their church church
- Computer literacy and ability to integrate teaching into teaching and learning
- Valid I.T. exception
- A certificate of Guided Conduct
- Clear communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
