Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the school's vision and strategic plans
- Oversee daily school operations and resource management
- Manage and monitor the school budget
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff
- Maintain strong parent and community relations
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education requirements

Qualifications
- Degree in Education/Educational Administration
- 5-7+ years school leadership experience
- Strong financial & operational management skills
- Proven record in academic excellence & school culture
- Thorough knowledge of national curriculum & MOE regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
