We are looking for an experienced & energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at our busy beachfront bar & restaurant. This is a fast paced, hand-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to lead a team with confidence & exceptional customer care.

• Oversee daily floor operations & staff
• Ensure top-notch customer service
• Support training & development of team members
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness & compliance
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday seasons
• Record keeping (Plan shift schedules, off days & leave) for the team
• Fluent in English & Kiswahili. Other languages an added advantage.
