A leading FMCG manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team and lead financial operations. This key role will oversee financial strategy, reporting, and cost management to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
 Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and Kenyan tax regulations
 Oversee cost accounting, product profitability, and cash flow management
 Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
 Mentor and manage a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ years in senior finance roles
• Strong background in FMCG manufacturing (food, beverage, personal care)
• CPA-K qualification & ICPAK membership
• Expertise in cost accounting and financial management in manufacturing
