Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience (2+ years) in managing fibre optic projects, with direct and specific experience in BTS fibre backhaul.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of fibre optic network architecture, splicing, and testing methods (OTDR, LSPM).
- Excellent knowledge of the wayleave acquisition process in Kenya.
