WE ARE HIRING A FULL TIME
HEAD OF MARKETING (TSAVO LIFESTYLE)
LOCATION: NAIROBI

Qualifications
1. 3+ years progressive marketing experience, with 2+ in leadership role.
2. Proven experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Lifestyle marketing.
3. Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, CRM, automation).
4. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and grow a high-performing team.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
6. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the TSAVO Lifestyle marketing strategy and annual plan.
2. Drive residential acquisition and retention to achieve high occupancy rates.
3. Lead digital marketing and brand-building activities for TSAVO Lifestyle.
4. Oversee content creation showcasing community, amenities, and resident experience.
5. Manage Lifestyle community platforms and resident engagement activities.
6. Set and track KPI’s and adapt the Climate of marketing team.
