Qualifications
1. 2 years experienced in digital marketing, real estate/finance a plus!
2. Fluent in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Email marketing, etc.
3. D:\ with API, SDK, API testing, and automation optimization
4. A mastery of both strategy and execution
5. Passionate about Impact, ownership, and doing Whatever it Takes
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Plan & execute full-funnel digital campaigns
2. Grow engagement, leads, & conversations across social, search & email
3. Own performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC…you know the drill)
4. Build automation, segmentation & personalization to improve journeys
5. Work closely with brand, sales, and product to align efforts with goals
