HEAD OF MARKETING (TSAVO LIFESTYLE)
LOCATION: NAIROBI

Qualifications
1. 5+ years progressive marketing experience, with 3+ in leadership role.
2. Proven experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Lifestyle marketing.
3. Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, CRM, automation).
4. Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, and guide a high-performing team.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s an advantage).
6. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the TSAVO Lifestyle marketing strategy and annual plan.
2. Drive residential acquisition and retention to achieve high occupancy rates.
3. Lead digital marketing and brand-building initiatives for TSAVO Lifestyle.
4. Oversee content creation showcasing community, amenities, and resident engagement.
5. Manage Lifestyle community platforms and resident engagement activities.
6. Set and track KPI's and adapt the Customer mindset approach.
