Join our executive team and lead the transformation of our operations as we strive to become Kenya's go-to source of hydration and energy. We're seeking an Engineering Lead – Operations & Reliability to provide day-to-day leadership and execution oversight for all plant engineering functions. As deputy to the Group Engineering Manager, this role ensures that plant assets, utilities, and equipment perform optimally, safely, and cost-effectively.
📍 Location: Full-time in Nyeri, Kenya
👤 Experience: 5–8 years of engineering and maintenance experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
