Rangers is a high-end, multicuisine restaurant delivering refined service, a vibrant bar program, and memorable dining—every service, every guest.
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, elevate guest experience, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team. You’ll be hands-on on the floor, numbers-savvy at the desk, and culture-driven with your people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FOH operations across lunch and dinner service; ensure consistent, elevated hospitality
- Recruit, train, schedule, and coach FOH teams; drive standards, product knowledge, and upselling
- Partner with Culinary & Bar to execute seasonal menus, pairings, and specials
- Manage reservations, guest recovery, VIP handling, and table-turn strategy
- Own service standards, SOPs, health & safety, and compliance
- Monitor P&L drivers, forecast covers, and report weekly KPIs
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships in partnership with leadership
- Champion guest feedback loops (reviews, surveys) and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing a high-end multicuisine restaurant (mandatory)
- City restaurant experience (high volume with premium service)
- Strong floor presence, calm under pressure, credible with guests & teams
- Financial literacy
- Excellent communication; confident with reservation systems and POS
- People-first leader who coaches, celebrates wins, and holds standards
