What You’ll Do
✅ Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Build and manage diverse talent pipelines for key roles
✅ Support recruitment processes by presenting qualified candidates for specific accounts
✅ Provide labor market insights to influence sourcing strategies
✅ Participate in coaching and mentoring programs to enhance sourcing skills
What We’re Looking For
✔ Knowledge of recruitment, headhunting, cold calling, and BPO industry
✔ Experience in talent sourcing and pipeline management
✔ Proficiency in office tools (Excel expertise required)
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
