🌟Youth Empowerment Program Manager

Join our national movement working to empower youth (ages 5–25) to serve and improve communities across the country. In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Youth Empowerment. You’ll support the pillar’s various workstreams, as well as manage select partner relationships, drive continuous improvement, prepare governance materials, and directly work with TAF-supported young changemakers.

🌟Social Impact Enablement Lead

Enable and accelerate impact at scale by supporting The Allstate Foundation’s strategic planning, operational execution, governance, and cross‑functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll report directly to The Allstate Foundation’s leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized collaborator who is proficient at translating vision into results.
