GASTROENTEROLOGIST

General Purpose
Our client is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist to diagnose and manage digestive system conditions and perform endoscopic procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Perform endoscopic procedures including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, biopsy collection, and polypectomy.
• Interpret endoscopic findings and develop treatment plans.
• Manage chronic GI diseases such as IBD, IBS, GERD, liver cirrhosis, and pancreatitis.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations.
• Work closely with surgeons, radiologists, and nutritionists for comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in GI-related emergency care when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols.
• Engage in continuous medical education and hospital quality-improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelors’ degree from a recognized institution.
• Specialist training in Dermatology.
• Valid KMPDC Specialist Recognition License in Gastroenterology (mandatory).
• At least 3 years experience in Gastroenterology
• Competence in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
