What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and mentor a team of Real-Time Analysts
✅ Monitor live performance and take corrective actions to maintain service goals
✅ Analyze patterns and provide insights to Scheduling and Planning teams
✅ Prepare and deliver accurate, timely performance reports
✅ Drive process improvements and ensure audit-ready documentation
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience: 3+ years in Workforce Management or contact center operations (leadership experience preferred)
✔ Skills: Strong proficiency in WFM tools, Excel, dashboards (Power BI a plus)
✔ Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree (or in progress) preferred
✔ Language: Intermediate to advanced English
✔ Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
✔ Tech Requirements: Reliable internet connection (25MB minimum)
