Location: Westlands, Nairobi
Salary: KES 40,000
Experience: 4+ years

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime
- Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and asset documentation
- Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with safety standards and operational requirements
- Supervise contractors, technicians, and external service providers
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
- Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance operations
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance plans
- Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
