Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Oversee daily operational activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
Regulatory Compliance (KENYA): Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures governing the betting industry in Kenya.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of proven managerial experience in an Operations role, with a strong track record of success.
Industry Preference: Previous experience within the betting, gaming, or a highly regulated financial services industry is highly preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing insights to drive operational improvements.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Local Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the Kenyan market and its regulatory landscape.
