We Are

• Location: Westlands, Nairobi
• Salary: KES 40,000
• Experience: 4+ years

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime
• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and asset documentation
• Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with safety standards and operational requirements
• Supervise contractors, technicians, and external service providers
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion
• Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance operations
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance plans
• Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
