Siraji Sacco Society is a licensed and fast-growing deposit-taking SACCO dedicated to empowering our members through sound financial solutions. Siraji seeks to invite qualified, experienced and self-driven applicants to fill the position of Direct Sales Representatives.
Direct Sales Representatives
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit new members to the SACCO through sales activations, corporate visits, and direct selling.
• Market and sell the SACCO’s products and services to both potential and existing members.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for member recruitment and deposit mobilization.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle member inquiries effectively.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities, such as roadshows and trade fairs.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports for performance analysis.
• Ensure all new member documentation complies with due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in sales, preferably in a financial institution, microfinance, or SACCO.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
