Maintenance Officer
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Automotive or Electrical and Electronics Engineer
- 2 years of working experience in the hospitality industry or real estate.
- Time management
- Multi-skilled across engineering hard skills: refrigeration and air conditioning expertise will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Attending to raised customer tickets related to maintenance on a timely basis, ensuring corrective action and minimal repeat complaints.
- Implement building planned preventive maintenance schedules
- Conduct all general maintenance work as per the set SOPs and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose engineering problems and provide a one-time solution.
- Fastly repair identified wastage breakdowns in any utility malfunctions.
- Daily monitor the utility readings to ensure consumption is within set targets and prevent wastage.
