Manager Regional Engineering

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum Seven (7) years of work experience with at least 5 years in a Supervisory role. Having worked in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems first time.
• Knowledge of budgeting and P&L management.
• Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities
• Drive effective maintenance solutions and appliance turnaround by analyzing ticket trends, managing repair center efficiency, and ensuring timely availability of quality tools and spares.
• Establish and implement engineering SOPs, maintenance schedules, utility monitoring, and contractor oversight to ensure sustainable operations and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize operational expenses through innovative engineering solutions, efficient resource allocation, and vigilant utility and procurement oversight.
• Collaborate with HR to hire, train, and support staff while fostering team engagement and continuous development through multiskilling and team-building initiatives.
