Restaurant Supervisor

Description

Our client, a busy restaurant in Nairobi CBD, is seeking a responsible and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts
Ensure guests receive exceptional service
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
Support management in stock control and daily reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
