Restaurant Manager

Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee full restaurant operations, drive revenue, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on leader capable of managing staff, finances, and customer relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage and motivate staff to achieve high performance
Ensure top-tier customer service and handle escalated issues
Monitor stock levels, supplier relations, and inventory control
Ensure adherence to cleanliness, quality, and safety standards
Develop strategies to enhance service, sales, and efficiency
Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong customer service orientation
