We are hiring a Logistics Officer & Security Focal Point!

📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya (with possible field missions)

WeWorld, an international NGO committed to protecting the rights of women, children, and vulnerable communities, is seeking a #LogisticsOfficer & #Security Focal Point to support its operations across #Kenya.

🧰 What you will do:
▪️Coordinate logistics planning, transportation, and delivery of goods
▪️Manage stock, assets, and warehouse organization
▪️Liaise with suppliers and ensure high-quality service delivery
▪️Oversee compliance, documentation, and SharePoint archiving
▪️Support fleet management, drivers, routing, and transport documentation
▪️Ensure safe and efficient base/office management
▪️Lead safety and security induction, tracking staff movement, and ensuring compliance with security guidelines
▪️Prepare regular logistics, fleet, and asset reports

🔎 What we are looking for:
▪️ Diploma/Degree in Procurement & Logistics
▪️5+ years’ experience driving 4WD manual vehicles
▪️Experience in security operations (preferably in NGOs)
▪️Valid driving license (ABCE or equivalent)
▪️First Aid, Fire Safety & basic security certifications
▪️Strong English and Swahili skills; proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
